Attorney Greene received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, magna cum laude, from Howard University at age 20 and his Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude, from Howard University Law School.
Attorney Greene is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Illinois, Missouri and New York. He is also admitted to the United District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois. He has appeared in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri, District of Delaware and Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He also appears in municipal, state and superior courts.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the State Bar of Georgia.
He spent six years as Senior Counsel at BellSouth/AT&T in Atlanta; four years as Senior Associate with the international law firm of Jones Day; four years as an Associate with the powerhouse firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York City; and two years as an Associate with the highly-regarded firm of Thompson Coburn in St. Louis, Missouri.
Attorney Greene has co-authored and authored numerous articles related to his practice areas and regularly speaks on a variety of legal topics as well as motivationally.
